Chiropractic celebrates 115 years! On September 18th, 1895 D.D. Palmer performed the first chiropractic adjustment on Harvey Lillard. Harvey was a janitor who had been deaf for 17 years. After his adjustment, his hearing returned!
D.D. Palmer was so intrigued that he began studying the spine and nerves and adjusted more people in Davenport, Iowa. And Chiropractic was born!
